One-on-One Coaching Services

In consideration for Go West Gardener LLC (“Consultant”) providing One-on-One Coaching Services to client (“You”), You agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

You agree that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued.

You agree that You must schedule the service(s) within 60 days of purchase date. Failure to schedule will not result in a refund.

You agree that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts and execution, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of the Consultant, including Mother Nature.

You agree that any resources and templates you may receive may only be used by You for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Consultant.

You further agree that You shall not create any derivative work and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in these services.

You understand that the Consultant has done its best to ensure that the information and resources it provides are accurate and offer valuable information, but it cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. The Consultant shall not be held liable or responsible for any errors or omissions or for any damage you may suffer.
